As we all know that Kirsten is all set to become the new coach for the Indian cricket team. Kirsten will take over as coach appointed by the BCCI which is the richest sports body and for an Indian team where the entire nation is cricket crazy. We also know that Kirsten has never coached an International side.



Something is wrong here....



Can Microsoft, one of the richest company in the world hire a CEO who has no relevant experience? This will only happen if Microsoft has a great CEO and then goes on to treat him/her badly. Or they mess up the hiring process. If they do this then CEO's from big companies with relevant experience will not leave there jobs and work for Microsoft. But good companies like Microsoft will not make mistakes like this cause if they do they will cease being number one.



BCCI does everything wrong and gets what it deserves. The crazy Indian public are the ones who suffer and they suffer emotionally.



We deserve the best coach available in the world today. BCCI can pay for it and also the environment should be such that we attract the best. Now we have a rookie coach who sometime back wrote deregatory notes about India in his tour diary....
