This is the one form of entertainment that beats every other. It’s not your everyday normal story of a boy and a girl but expect much more when you look into it. It’s what the media has been fishing at since a couple of weeks. And it’s getting an even bigger TRP than the India, Pakistan matches themselves. Duh! Im talking about the instability in the BCCI. First a chief selector (not like we are all familiar with the other names) decides to write an article in the board president’s own newspaper. Now they want him to stop but he won’t. So he wants to quit. They select a coach after a single meeting and select a team through SMS. Damn! How much more fodder can you provide the media with. And the media took to it like the fish to water. Unable to restrain themselves they have gone overboard with the whole situation. The president can’t even hide his ass from the camera. This has caused a few sparks in the BCCI. It would take time before things are about to settle or even seem to go in that direction but the alternative seat is still vacant. A full fledged war and resignations all over the place could be just what could happen but no one is able to decide how to let it pass. Change is must but the exact form of the change is being debated. Whatever maybe the case, Sharad Pawar and his clan better think fast. Time’s running out.
